Objectives and Overview
This one-day course illustrates how Microsoft Project delivers improved capabilities for project knowledge collection, flexible analysis and team communication. On completion of the course delegates will have acquired the skills needed to create a new project; analyse and adjust schedules with date, dependency and resource constraints; customise and print Gantt Chart views and reports; and record and review task progress against the baseline.
